A: I typically ask for 90-180 days, but you’re never locked in. If something’s not working, just talk to me. I believe in day-to-day trust, not handcuffs.




Q: Do you recommend using your attorney, stager, or vendors?

A: Yes — because they’re fast, reliable, and proven. My team works together like a pit crew, so your deal doesn’t stall. But you’re free to use whoever you prefer.




Q: What if I get a great offer right away?

A: Amazing. But I’ll still vet the buyer, check the terms, and make sure the offer is solid before you accept. Fast offers still need smart decisions.




Q: Can I sell without doing repairs?

A: Absolutely. We’ll review your goals and decide whether “as-is” makes sense. Sometimes, less hassle nets more in the long run.




Q: What if I change my mind and decide not to sell?

A: Life happens. If you need to pause or pivot, I’ll support your decision. You won’t get pressure from me — only perspective.
